Privacy notice

Podbox Ltd (company no. SC405701, 16a Garrell Road, Kilsyth, North Lanarkshire G65 9GX) is responsible for any personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@podbox.co.uk.

What we collect: if you send an enquiry through the form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and the project details you write. If you email or phone us, we keep that correspondence.

Why we use it: only to reply to your enquiry and, if the work goes ahead, to quote for and carry it out. We use it because you have asked us to take steps towards working together, and because we have a legitimate interest in running our business. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it. It is handled on our behalf by the services that run this website and our email (Squarespace and our email provider).

How long we keep it: we keep enquiries and correspondence on file for as long as they are useful to running our business, and records of work we have done for as long as the law requires for company accounts. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Cookies: this site uses essential cookies and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Preferences button on the page.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@podbox.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
